I'm trying to do seluvis' questline and I did his previous quest and gave the potion to Gideon. I looked up a guide for his quest and apparently I needed stalight shards for the shop to show up. I got starlight shards went back to him yet the dialogue for the shop still didn't appear.Within this secret basement of dolls, there is an illusory wall just to the left of the glowing message that says "Seluvis's puppet.
