Originally from Phoenix, she got into the industry in ...Rise April has basically nothing in common with IDW April, or 03 April, or 80s April, except for their name. At that point, why call her April O'Neil at all? I don't even think Rise April is a bad character, if they had called her a brand new character created for Rise I think she'd be great..
